Helena Felgueiras, Assistant Researcher and member of the High-Performance Engineered Textiles research team at 2C2T, is among the scientists featured in the 5th volume of Mulheres na Ciência. This initiative by Ciência Viva – the National Agency for Scientific and Technological Culture – celebrates the achievements of Portuguese female researchers, who represent 45% of the scientific community in Portugal and have played a crucial role in advancing national science and technology.

The latest edition of Mulheres na Ciência presents the stories of 107 researchers, recognising their contributions and inspiring future generations of women in science. The book was officially launched on Saturday, 8 March, International Women’s Day.

Helena Felgueiras is the first member of 2C2T to be featured in this publication.
